That is what our God does for us, because He loves us. He lets us choose what we want to do. After choosing we get to suffer the consequences of our bad decisions and enjoy the fruit of our good decisions. God gave the people, the king, they wanted to rule over them. God warned them that it was not a good idea, because the king would eventually not look out for their best interest. Summary The Faith that Ruth has far surpasses the trusting of God that most of us have today. At a low ebb in her life she determines to live out the agreement she had made when she married her husband, despite her mother-in -law releasing her from her vows. Ruth demonstrates to us what God's devotion looks like. Boaz the son of Rahab demonstrates redemption and kindness. This small book is packed with many great lessons. Discussion Questions 1.
